When you submit our quote form we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, the property address, the type of service you need, and whatever you tell us about the job. If you call or text us, we have your phone number and whatever you tell us on the call.
Like most websites, our host also records basic technical information automatically — IP address, browser type, pages visited and referring page. We use it to understand whether the site is working, not to build a profile of you.
How we use it
To respond to your request, prepare an estimate, schedule and perform the work, invoice you, and stay in touch about your service. If you gave marketing consent, we may also send occasional offers or seasonal reminders — and you can stop those at any time without affecting your service.

Who we share it with
Only with service providers who help us run the business — our website host, and the customer relationship and form platform that receives our quote requests — and only so they can provide that service to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone’s safety. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to serve you and to keep proper business records, including for tax and accounting purposes. If you want your details removed and there is no legal reason for us to keep them, ask and we will remove them.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses only what is needed to serve the pages and to make the embedded quote form work. The form is provided by our customer relationship platform and may set its own cookies to keep your submission working correctly. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the site will still work, though the embedded form may not.
Your choices
